🔴 Hoan Kiem district
Hoan Kiem is the downtown, the central area of Hanoi since it was made as the captial a thousand years ago. You will never be bored as living in Hoan Kiem due to plenty of exciting places to eat and play around no matter what day or night, weekday or weekend. From Western, Asian restaurants to Vietnamese cuisine, shopping malls, night clubs, night markets, supermarkets can be found anywhere. With most of the city’s key attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, Hanoi Opera House and especially The Old Quarter,  Hoan Kiem District is the perfect base to experience the vibrant city of Hanoi....

🔴Cau Giay & The south of Tu Liem District
Cau Giay District & The South of Tu Liem District - Particularly My Dinh area are the second home to most Japanese and Korean.
Being the two new and quickly developing Districts in the West, Cau Giay & Tu Liem District offer their residents plenty of premises in a lot of all-in-one new residental urban areas, such as: Vinhomes D Capitale, Keangnam Hanoi Tower, Vinhomes Skylake Pham Hung, Vinhome Gardenia My Dinh, Vinhomes West Point, The Manor - The Garden Hanoi, Thang Long Number One, Roygent Parks Hanoi...or Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh, Trung Yen, Dich Vong...& many other skyscrapers. As a result, many properties for rent in Hanoi can be found in these areas .These new condos now become increasingly recognised as a desirable and ideal home for expats, whether they are singles, couples or families. Hugging the spectacular 500ha West Lake, the green lung of Hanoi capital offers peace and quiet from the hectic south of the city. It’s not far from the center, you can ride to Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter within just 15 minutes.
You certainly have more neighbourhood feelings in Tay Ho, and for sure, much grander properties. It is very easy to find both cheap and high rate apartments, houses or villas in Tay Ho with lake view, fresh environment and expat neighborhood.  Since Tay Ho District is a place for expat community, there’s many intertional schools, Western restaurants and mini bars for you and your family to explore.
